Orders & Payments
We accept Online Banking, PayPal, AMEX, Visa and Mastercard Credit Card, cash on delivery is also available.
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
All products transaction currency will be done in Singapore Dollars.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard delivery, next day local delivery and expedited same day delivery.
For Standard delivery:
Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 3 working days.
For Next day local delivery:
Orders will be delivered on the next working day. For orders after 3pm on Friday, delivery will be on the following Monday.
For Expedited same day delivery:
For orders received before 3pm daily, delivery will be made on the same day. For orders received after 3pm daily, delivery will be made on the following day.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes, we offer 1 to 1 exchange for our goods within 7 days upon the receipt of the products.
Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more details.
Customers shall return their purchases using the following steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service Center at email@example.com to register a return.
2. Our customer service executive will advise you on the steps to proceed.
We will offer a refund for your purchases less the delivery fee.

1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
2. Click Submit.
3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
